Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Time

We have local warehouses in the USA, UK, Europe, and Canada. Once you have placed your order, we will arrange to ship it from your local warehouse. Under normal circumstances, the estimated logistics transit time will be 3-5 business days.

 

Shipping Method

VigorPool usually uses Fedex, DHL, DPD, UPS, TNT, GLS, and AW to ship your order. We will select the most suitable logistics provider according to your delivery address.

Once the delivery has been completed by our warehouse, you will be notified by email of the logistics provider and the corresponding logistics number of your parcel. You can check your parcel information via the content of the email.

Shipment  Area

Vigorpool.com offers free shipping on all orders from the USA, EU, UK, and Canada. However, some remote areas may not be available for delivery, please contact us at support@vigorpool.com.

Vigorpool.com does not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most Vigorpool packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx. You could contact FedEx: at 1(800) 463-3339 or UPS Domestic: at 1-888-742-5877 for further shipping information. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

 

Damages

Customers need to check the product for damages before signing for receival. If there are any problems, please contact VigorPool and provide the corresponding certification or proof. When signing receival for products, the customer needs to check whether the product is intact and undamaged. If left unchecked, it will be deemed that the customer considers that the product is functioning and not damaged. If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact VigorPool within 48 hours. If you suspect your package is missing, please contact VigorPool by email as soon as possible at support@vigorpool.com.
